How we started
In 2012, a young man had an vision of what it would be like to run a restaurant. He created a menu and a logo as part of a school project for a culinary arts class. Since that day, it had been Cameron's dream to make it a reality. He had thought about it for years, but had kept putting it off, never quite finding the motivation to take the plunge. Until one day, something changed, and he realized that it was
now or never. He made a decision to take the necessary steps to make his dream come true and embarked on a journey of discovery, determination and hard work. He decided to start small by doing food vending at festivals and catering events.
